Tony Cirbo, Partner - I can take anything you throw at me.
Tony Cirbo’s official title at ACME is Operations Manager, though he wears many hats. He is a partner in the company and the go-to guy for customers and fellow co-workers. Tony supports field project managers, he is the man to call for mechanical and service proposals and for setting up preventative maintenance contracts.
In the HVAC industry since 1989, Tony brings a seemingly endless reservoir of experience and knowledge to the table, including troubleshooting all kinds of mechanical systems as well as exhibiting great skill in the installation of equipment, whether the equipment is the size of a filing cabinet or as large as a house. He enjoys the challenge of providing unique, think-outside-the-box solutions to installation problems.
Tony is a native of the great state of Colorado. He is married to Candice, with whom he has raised four beautiful daughters. They are blessed with fourteen grandchildren.
Brooke was born and raised in Virginia and worked on a horse farm as a teenager until she graduated. At 18, she relocated to Colorado, and landed squarely on her feet with a new job, a place of her own and started her path to becoming a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner. Brooke has been with us since 2016 and is continuing the nursing path while working at ACME. She provides general office support for a variety of clerical activities and tasks including answering incoming calls, invoicing, accounts receivable, managing the vendor/customer accounts, mail, managing the reception area on a day-to-day basis. Her work ethic and commitment to developing a better life is remarkable, she’s a keeper! All though graduating college will be a good thing in a few years, it will be a sad day when she finishes nursing school and pursues that path. Until then we hope to keep her busy.
TJ comes to us with many years of incredible experience and has been with us 4 years now. We're thrilled to have him on board. TJ likes to spend his spare time on weekends rescuing kittens from trees, and damsels from distress, he slays dragons and is an award winning chess player when he's not on the Polo Fields in England smacking a ball around from the back of a mighty steed. Doesn't matter what we need him to do there's never a hesitation, he dives in and gets it done. Love having this guy around.

This path has set him with us as an apprentice but with the desire to one day be the best engineer he can be. It helps to have street smarts with this stuff, can't get it all from book learnin! John is a reliable guy working to make a better future. Happy to have him on board.
Ricky arrived at ACME very quickly with quite a few years in the HVAC industry but not as a service technician, thus he is working as an apprentice and is an aspiring service technician, wont be long at all! He's by far our thinnest guy so he sometimes gets stuck with getting into places the rest of our fat butts can't get into, however he's always happy to get it done.
